Our site was built using Microsoft's Visual Studio .NET and re-useable, dynamically loaded web controls.   All of the content for this site is stored in Microsoft SQL Server, and is assembled by the system at the time of a user request.  Displays are maintained via an "add-in" for Microsoft FrontPage, which automatically posts web content into SQL Server.  The structure of our software allows for any number of separate sites (separate URL's) to be hosted on a single server, and to be maintained through that single FrontPage add-in.
